TIME 11:00 (FEB 13 2023) API Average Latency has returned to normal. Problem Status NO ONGOING PROBLEMS. If you are still experiencing any service issues, please email [email protected].   TIME: 23:55 GMT (FEB 12 2023) Theta 45 uses an API service to receive raw data from the stock market. Every time a user loads a screen on the Theta 45 app (for example, the Forecast screen), a call is made to this API service. Normally, data is retrieved from the API in under 1 second (1000 ms). For some reason, today (Feb 12th 2023), data is being retrieved in around 45 seconds (45,000 ms). We have raised a ticket with the API provider and hope this problem will resolve soon. The Theta 45 app is still working but VERY SLOWLY! Please return to this page for updates. Problem Status: STILL ONGOING
